1. Using careful analytics, we’ll work together to determine which services can increase your home’s appeal the most.
2. We’ll set an estimated budget for the work and guide you through the simple Concierge application process.
3. We coordinate updates with a select group of skilled contractors who share our commitment to excellence and position your home to sell quickly at top value.
4. You’ll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.
