About LoDo

Bordering South Platte River, LoDo is a hip district of busy streets peppered with bustling restaurants and bars. Union Station, a major transportation hub, sits at the center of the neighborhood, providing residents with a convenient way to get to other cities in Colorado and beyond. Getting around town is easy from this neighborhood, thanks to its proximity to I-25, which connects to Fort Collins to the north and Colorado Springs to the south. Though this area is undoubtedly dense and urban, there are natural treasures easily within reach, like the manicured green spaces of Commons Park just steps away. And of course, all the splendor of the Rockies can be reached via a short road trip to the west.

Buying real estate in LoDo means having property that’s close to all the urban action. Since it’s so densely populated here, Homes for sale in LoDo are exclusively condos.
