About RiNo

River North Art District (RiNo), divided in two by the South Platte River, is located in one of the oldest areas in Denver. Despite that, this formerly industrial neighborhood is imbued with a sleek, fresh feeling. Blending modern living with a bohemian flavor, it’s one of the most coveted communities in the city.
 
Real estate in RiNo consists of newly constructed condos and rehabbed buildings housing trendy lofts. Popular businesses are anchored to Larimar Street and the surroundings areas. This commercial district is a fun, lively place to meet friends for dinner or drinks. Mestizo-Curtis Park is located just a short walk away—with a swimming pool, a playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts, it’s the perfect place to get some exercise.
 
Most of the properties for sale in River North Art District’s southern parts are newer condos, offering convenient living and an up-to-the-minute aesthetic. To the north, there’s a collection of single-family Homes in a small area south of I-70.
